New league start in 1970

Im looking to start and Co-manage a league that starts in 1970...The goal would be to navigate through all the different changes and expansions and take it past the present day...All I would ask for doing the footwork is first choice as far as team goes...This would be my fist attempt at running a league after playing in at least 100 years of online leagues...I would need a partner that is familiar in how to make the changes to the game to bring it to 1970 in every way possible...id run the day to day from there...Ok my email is baliyam@yahoo.com if interested..

Ok the status is as follows: the people that requested teams it has been noted...the problem im having is getting it off the ground...i would need a partner to help with that...once its off the ground i can handle the daily stuff..anyone with any experience starting leagues let me know...you can bow out if its too much work for you once we are up and running..thanks alot
