That's part of the sync issue, nothing to worry about. Just reboot the game and you can play standard mode if you'd like.

Still down today folks, start of sims moved back to give everyone a chance to fix lineups once the issue is resolved before the days sims.

This game is so addictive, I'm getting withdrawals without it, lol!!

Nothing yet, the last update said that they will be pushing back start times for games until the issue is resolved. This seems to be the longest server issue they have had so far this year.
