Dealing with two-way players
In going through the minor leagues of my fictional team I see that I have 18 players who are both pitchers and positional players.
Are there any particular strategies used to develop these players or do people just let them work their way up through the minors? |

That seems like a lot of 2 way players are you manually drafting them or is your assistant GM? I only have 1 two-way player in my minors.

It's a combination of both. I tend to draft the first half of the rounds and let the assistant do the last half. Most of these seem to have appeared in the last few seasons (1938-1941 in a fictional league) as most are in rookie and short season leagues.
