Could Not Sync Your Cards Error

I've seen other people post about this, but I'm not sure what the solution is. I can't play PT because I keep getting the error "Could not sync your cards. Please retry." I've tried all the obvious stuff (restart game, restart computer, check internet, etc). Can someone please help?
