CD, I really like a few of your electrics uniforms. Is there any way you could make a simple logo of just the stylized capital "E" gold ( not yellow) with hot pink ( for a lack of a better term) around it?

And the same above but with a light blue and Dark blue around it.

Edit: This gives me a few more ideas for the Electrics, to be honest. Maybe I can do some uniforms with just an E on them somewhere using any or all of the fonts I've already used for this team. That might help you here, I think, as well. Or the above logos, come to think of it. CD out.

I think I can make them work. I like the new uni's btw. Definitely Electric!

I think if you give me the font name I can make a large logo out of it.

The fonts I've used so far for the Electrics are Hi., Chintzy CPU BRK, and Warnes, it seems. Hope this helps you out, rocknfire7. I'm hoping kq76 gets back to me soon, and all, of course. But he doesn't seem to post very often, for whatever possible reason or reasons he might have, for sure.

I've used at least nine different colors besides white and black, I believe, for the Electrics, if not more. As far as the teams I've started doing for a potential Arizona-based league, whether Fall League-related or not, what do you think of the proposed looks so far?

I'll certainly need some new logos for many, if not all, of the teams seen so far in this thread. If you're willing to try and do some good ones for me, I'd really appreciate it, of course. But you don't have to try, if you don't want to, you know. Thank you for your kind comments and all. CD out.

Eugene, here are two new alternate uniforms for the Fairfax Frogs, along with the reposted-from-another-thread likely first attempts at doing uniforms for the Fairfax Frogs of your IPA here, some time earlier than now. Hope you like them at least a little here, of course. Font on first attempted items is Modern Antiqua, while the font on the newest attempt is Belleza. Will likely still have to work on their primary home uniform, and add at least one cap, of course, in the near future, if possible, but I worked with them more just now, in any case. Sorry, you didn't use my colors for the Fairfax Frogs... you know how I am about colors... I only requested Dark Green and Medium to Dark Blue... no Tans or Light Blue.

I appreciate your work on both teams, but I don't need anymore for them.

Also, I have finished the Ancona Jumbos... please don't do any more for them.

Used the green colors and the blue you wanted, or at least tried to use the colors you wanted, anyway, for the Fairfax Frogs. I think they look better with the changes made, to be honest, but both the original and the updated looks look good to me. I don't think I've had caps made for them yet, either, but seeing as I and maybe others might not mind having matching caps for them, at least, I may try to make them up at some point, when and if time permits me to, Lord willing and all.

I don't think I've started any work on any potential Ancona-based team, but I could be wrong about that. I may still want to see what I can do for a team in Ancona, whether it's for a team in your IPA or in one of my fictional lands, no matter what I may choose to use for a team name related to such a team, just the same, though.

You're quite welcome for the newest Hillsboro Blazers-related items, whether caps or uniforms. I hope you'll find much use for them in the future, somehow, of course.

On another front, what do you think of the items I've done so far for koohead's potential use in an Arizona-based baseball league, Eugene? Just curious, that's all. The Vice City Electrics are pretty nice... the last six jerseys you posted for them are the best ones... the colors go together well... you also have good contrast on your lettering... the last two groups of jerseys are much better than the first ones you did.

The Arizona League jerseys are not my taste... the colors don't go together well in my opinion... not a fan of your nicknames... my tastes are much more traditional than yours... I don't think the lettering contrast is as good as it could be.

But "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"... there is no good or bad in graphics... it just depends on a person's taste and perspective.

I'm a fan of txranger, low and Lawn Loaf... they do the type of graphics that appeals to me... there are quite a few others that do traditional graphics, too numerous for me to list them all here.

I'm not much on modern trends in graphics... don't like camouflage jerseys... I'm stuck in the 1950s and prefer a Home White Jersey and an Away Gray... but I do like an Away Jersey done in another color other than Gray on occasion.

I tried using the blues you suggested, but they kind of conflicted with the green or greens you requested I use, for Fairfax, I believe, at least in terms of the text, so I likely tried to use the tannish/pinkish/whatever color as part of the trim on at least one of the uniforms, it seems. Maybe you might not be able to use any of the four uniforms I did for Fairfax and/or matching caps, but perhaps someone else can besides me, at least.

I've been gradually working on downloading more and more fonts, as time permits, and I think you might find several of them quite useful to you. Of course, some of them will be spiky in places and all, but that may be unavoidable with some fonts, unfortunately.

Some of the fonts I've most recently downloaded are Aclonica, Libre Baskerville, and Warnes, name-wise, for instance. I'm always looking for new and good-quality free fonts, especially ones that have at least 200-250 glyphs to them, so that I can use accents and other diacritical marks, for example. While I may not necessarily use all the fonts I've downloaded for various projects of all kinds, of course, I still frequently look for new and good-quality fonts of all kinds, especially rather interesting-looking ones.

Fontspace has quite a lot of them, for instance, for sure. Just in case you might want to hunt for some fonts every so often, for yourself, that is. Hope this information helps you and others a great deal, EC. CD out.
