Is there anyone starting a league from the begging. I'm new to online playing, not sure how it works an what settings to adjust in the game but i really want to play so i'm looking to join a league....anyone?

I'm looking to start a league soon. You are welcome to join. I've been in a few online since OOTP12, looking to "commish" one now.
