They said they are working on it still I think during one of the last mission releases on Twitch. It would make sense for them to have it out in the next couple months since it would basically be a way to work out the bugs with OOTP 21 before next years game.

Without a doubt! It would be nice not to have to keep checking on tourneys and other things on my home PC for the holidays. Having a mobile app for that will be nice.

You can do that now, apparently, with a remote control desktop app and related smartphone app.

Kris mentioned on his Twitch show that they are progressing on OOTPGO. Just no release date yet.
