It may be a sensitive question, but you've already worked with Sports Interactive, famous for its FM series, is there a difference between then and now? |

That was 15+ years ago, the gaming industry is completely different now. But in terms of the deal, the difference is that we retain control of the direction of the game & design this time, and that our new partner already has tons of experience with baseball games. The time with SI was great though, I learned so much, so it definitely was worth it back then.

Congratulations!
As, I'm one of the big fans of OOTP, this will be the biggest event in OOTP history! And I want to ask you guys that are you going to develop KBO's historical mode.

What does this mean for the development of PT? Will you be drawing on COM2US for development advice, given their track record in running microtransaction-model games?

Did knowing that this purchase was coming have anything to do with the decision to scrap Front Office Football?

They are very happy with PT, but you are right, they have lots of experience with these kind of game modes. We'll see if that experience can be applied to PT in a meaningful way... I personally expect this to happen more for marketing purposes than the game design itself.

At that point we were far from certain that this would happen. So the answer to your question is definitely no.

I would like to know in detail what kind of changes Com2us will make to the PC version of OOTP. It may be hard to answer now, but please let me know. Everyone is very curious.
![]() Is it okay to think that com2us is only responsible for external factors such as marketing and translation of OOtp's PC version? And is OOTP mobile version to be released next co-developed with com2us? I know com2us is a company that has a strong point in mobile. ![]() Last edited by jnix0000; 10-12-2020 at 02:51 AM. |

KBO or *** have a variety of local rules different from MLB. For example, the playoff format, the foreign player system, the military service enlistment of Korean players, etc. Because of this merger, Can we expect OOTP 22 to reflect these things?? Some Korean fans complain that the KBO league is not realistic within OOTP. This is a light question, but is it really your ID or fake account that you answered to Reddit? I found someone who tackled it. I'm sorry to ask you so many questions alone. lol PS. OOTP is a hot trend on Naver (a Korean search site similar to Google) in Korea. ![]() |

And yes, we will work on making KBO & *** more realistic in the future, right now some league rules are not 100% true to real life. |

Is it still hoped that OOTP Go will be released this year?
Presumably, this also opens up the possibility of an FHM-based mobile game? Congrats and best of luck with next steps. |

And yes, a FHM mobile version would indeed be awesome. |

What parts of the game, other than initial purchase and PT, will be monetized?

There are no plans to add more monetization options. OOTP Go will have seasons as in-app purchase, but this is the same approach as we had with MLB Manager.

Is the Mac version still in the plans? Will users still be able to tinker with graphics and such?

From looking at Com2Us' collection of games, it appears that OOTP and FHM will be the first non-mobile games that they are releasing. Are there any concerns about that? And also, are you going to be keeping the game on STEAM?
