No International League
In a fit of rage over an error message, I disbanded all the international leagues(IE Japan, Korea, China). All MLB MILB and independent leagues are going strong. Will there be any negative long term effects for MLB? Should I add more minor leagues or resurrect the international leagues?

I stopped using actual international leagues a few versions ago and just rely on International FAs and scouting discoveries. I left the number of FAs on defaults. A smidge on the low side for my liking, but the next step up feels too high so I left it at defaults. I think my MLB world works well this way.

I think you need to put discoveries on high so that the DSL teams don’t run out of players.

Players from the leagues the OP deleted don't end up in the DSL and VZL leagues, or at least they shouldn't, so there really isn't a need to increase international discoveries. Players that come over from the leagues the OP mentioned are older and usually developed enough to compete at class A or higher, if not straight to the majors.
