Managing a GTOP tournament

I've recently started a 32-team GTOP elimination tournament. OOTP is only allowing me to manage ONE team involved (1977 Yankees), with the rest of each day's scheduled games simulated. I had wanted to manage ONE team in EACH series (Best of 5 or 7).
Can someone tell me how to arrange to manage against the computer in EVERY series in each round of the tournament?
