One thing I'd dearly love in OOTP22 is Offseason Mode

An option to start the game on the first day of the prior year's offseason. Before arbitration, etc... before any offseason moves are made.

I was just thinking this. I'm preparing to start a game in 1901, and it's frustrating that I can only start immediately prior to Opening Day or, through the spring training workaround (changing the length of spring training prior to creating the game), six weeks earlier. I want to start once the 1900-01 offseason begins so that I can experience all of the offseason happenings prior to starting my first season.
