Card Errors -should be locked but are not

I'm having an issue with Perfect Team. It's showing cards as available to sell when they should be locked, as they were part of completed missions. I have the latest patches installed. I have deleted old PT league and tournament files. I have forced game data re-installation. Logged out, closed and logged back in. I've done it and waited for the next simulation to run and tried again. The cards that should be locked are still showing as available to sell. When I try sell one of the lesser cards, I get an error. I do not want to try and quick sell or auction one of the diamond cards for fear it would actually work. What do I do next? Thank you.
