Achievement information? What is "Moneyball"?

Is there a place that explains what the different achievements are?

In a massive rebuild, I won the "Moneyball" achievement and I'd like to know what that, among others, means.

Based on memory, it is where you get a certain season score while spending a % less on your roster compared to the league average.
I could not tell you what the numbers are.

So let us say the league average of salaries is $90,000,000. Your roster is $40,000,000 but you end up with a season score of 950.
I believe that this would unlock that achievement. Doing more with less.

Edit to add, I just looked at Steam and it is listed as 'Win the championship on a low budget'
That would mean it is not based on season score. But I still think your payroll has to be a certain % less than league average.

If you win it all with the 1927 Yankees, you'll get the Moneyball achievement even though they had the highest payroll in the league. To me that suggests there's just some flat number you need to be under.

I kind of deduced all that. My budget was pretty low, and my payroll was 21st in a 24-team league.

I'll check out Steam to see what more info I can find.

OOTP20 Steam achievement rates

https://steamcommunity.com/stats/831980/achievements

12.5% of Steam OOTP20 players have the Moneyball achievement. Not sure if it is a base salary or a percentage of the league salary.

My rarest achievement is the 50game Hit Streak only 1% have..
