Pos/Role Def Ratings

I am trying to create an all time league. I have Hank Aaron and I want him to have a Pos/Role of RF. His exp and result ratings for
LF 63-67
CF 62-65
RF 200-179

The AI has him as CF
I manually change the Pos/Role to RF but when I leave the game and come back in it is set to CF again. I want to keep the CF and LF ratings but I want his primary position to be RF. I would think that it would be RF with exp of 200. Is there a way I can have him as a RF and still keep the LF and CF ratings.

Player Game Strategy>Force play at RF should do it.

He may be "forced" into a CF position due to him being the best CF'er on the team, even with superior RF ratings.

I would do Luckymann's suggestion, but I'd also edit the guy you'd prefer playing CF to a better rating than Aaron has in CF to help make the manager's decision easier.
