How is Bieber not a 100?

The guy actually lost a point this week. He's been as dominant as anyone. What am I missing?

According to OOTP, pitching ratings and outcomes are determined simply by walks, strikeouts and HR allowed. There is no accounting for factors like WHIP, quality starts, ERA and for relievers holds and saves.

I'm not sure if we will see another update since the regular season ends on the upcoming weekend.

If he can get through his starts this upcoming week without giving up home runs (the primary reason he hasn't jumped to 100 because his movement takes a hit). He gave up three HRs in this past couple weeks of performance compared to the zero he gave up in the last live update period prior to this one. He should have 2 starts left during this final week of the season. To get to 100 he definitely needs to not give up any HRs. Probably requires something a bit better than a combined total of around 15 IP, 2 walks and 22k's to possibly get to 100 before the live updates end. No player that wasn't already a 100 at the beginning of the season has made the jump to Live Perfect which frankly is due to the shortened season. It could be possibly argued that one or two players deserved that jump (Realmuto + Tatis) but frankly neither of them would have held a perfect rating but for just one period at most.

Bieber has one start left. He would be lined up to pitch the final day of the season, which he wont do, because they will want him to pitch game one of the playoffs.
