Unknown Event in Transaction log

I believe this is related to Twitch Drops. I watched the stream on Monday and I don't believe I got any packs although Twitch notified me I had earned them as the stream went on. I noticed in my transaction log I got several "Unknown Event" items logged during the stream.

Can you guys let me know what needs to be done to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Based on my own experiences, I can attest with about 99.9% certainty that it is logging one or more Twitch drops.

I'm pretty sure the packs themselves never showed up. I guess maybe I'll try one more time before writing it off forever.

there is sometimes a delay between the "unknown event" and receiving the pack, but it should come at some point. also sometimes you need to log out and back in to get them.

I did try that. I guess I'll watch tonight as I do like the show and keep OOTP21 closed, last time it was open the whole time and see if the pack count changes Friday.
