Reports not Generating when copying new and changed images

I run a pretty large online league, and I've been trying to update the images in the reports for a few weeks now. Updating the reports without changing the images is not a problem. However, when I select "copy and upload new and changed images" the reports generate about, maybe, 90% of the total files I'd expect, then the process just shuts down. There's no error message or anything, it just stops.

Naturally, I thought this was a result of the reports file simply being too large. I selected only the teams and players reports and re-ran with the same result. The game creates fewer files, but about 90% of the way, stops without the images being included.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this and what I could do to get the images pointed on? I have my faces.dat file not included: I can toggle that on as maybe the reports links to it somehow. Aside from that, any help would be appreciated.

Tried turning back on faces.dat. Game went to add about 65,000 files to archive.Got to about 62,000 or so then stopped.

Sorry for the delay in reply. If you run the process with trace mode enabled, can you send the ootp_trace.txt file from trying to generate the reports, and that may tell us why it's happening.

Looks like the creation of images and reports files worked, but the upload failed. Can you please use the "create reports" dialog in the Game Settings -> Online League screen and do the creation and uploading step by step?

Yes, it should be. It's a different selection option (and you may need to select the options, quit and restart the game), but it should be ftp_trace.txt I believe.

Had a few false starts with my battery dying and connection issues aborting the process. I ran with a smaller set of reports overnight. These are the logs.

Note that it doesn't allow me to upload archives, I got 47% of the files uploaded to MySQL/PHP and then the process stopped.

Andreas got my info and was kind of enough to take a look into the logs. He didn't find anything. However, the images of the players still don't update.

Here's an example of a player who started the season in Triple-A in my league and is now in the majors. He still has his Triple-A uniform: https://statsplus.net/pba/reports/ne...yer_50068.html

Also, here's a player the game generated for our recent draft. He has no image generated. https://statsplus.net/pba/reports/ne...yer_55241.html

When I do not click "copy and upload new and changed images" everything works fine, but for some reason the images do not come along for the ride.

The one thing I do not think I've done, or maybe only tried once, was updating person pictures and copying new and changed images in the same upload. I can try that. Also, the game appears to grey out the upload archive buttons after it generates the archives.

Can you please check the server via FTP and see if that file does exist? And if it exists, check the file size and date/time and if you can download it via FTP and open it?
