Ratings have stopped displaying

Yesterday, the game decided it wasn't installed and forced me to reinstall it. Since then the ratings of players aren't showing. See screenshots below. I've tried repairing the game files forcing the gamedata reinstallation & even uninstall/reboot/reinstall to no avail. HELP!

Do any of the Devs have any ideas? This issue makes the game pretty much unplayable in the medium term - as soon as I need to change a squad.

How can I compare a new card to my existing team when you can't see ratings? How do I know if a players fielding has improved?

Also, when I hover over things I don't get a popup - so no easy way to see how my team ERA etc. compares to the rest of my division.

There's a setting that disables the ratings bars. I believe it's under Main->Settings (should pop up with the settings dialog). During the reinstall it just have somehow gotten turned off.
