My team logo won't permanently change

Every time I update my Logo to something else it reverts to this generic one the next time I load up the game. Can someone help me with this?

In profile and settings, click on troubleshooting and in the drop down menu click on upload team graphics. Might take more than once, but that should do it.

This has been a continual problem for me. I'm using one of the provided Padres logos (not one I've uploaded) and it constantly reverts to an odd one with a bat that changes my background color scheme, too. Updating, submitting, none of it seems to make it want to stick. The Swinging Friar is so much better than the team name on top of a bat in red and blue!

Agreed. No matter what I try, or how many time, it simply won't stick. The only thing that seems to help is to only use one game mode. (When I enter a tournament, the logo goes back to the damned home plate or bat-and-ball stuff.)

I think Kris said on the stream last night that it is a known issue and they are working on it. fwiw, I'm having the issue as well.

I'm having similar issues with disabling face gens actually. Submitting team doesn't seem to help

The logo issue seems to have been resolved. Give it another try.

I haven´t had this problem since the last patch a few weeks ago. What version are those with problems running? I think the current version is 21.5 build 76.

21.5 76 for me. Still an issue. Not a big deal, but an annoyance.

To fix it for me, I had to place my JPG file in the actually OOTP pictures folder. That solved my issue, but watch out for updates that might wipe it out.

Try placing your Team Logos in the OOTP Pictures folder.

What's bizarre is that I'm not using a custom logo, it's one of the stock ones.

If this problem persists after the patch, click the 'Main" dropdown, select 'Perfect Team Settings'. Once inside, select 'Troubleshooting' on the far-right and 'Upload team graphics', then click 'Submit Team'. You shouldn't have this problem anymore. If it still doesn't work, try resetting the cache and following these steps.

Actually, since you are using one of several standard logos in the game, you may be better off making a copy of the file and renaming it something like my_pt_logo.jpg so that subsequent updates won't change it to another version of the standard logo.
