Rosters

Could somebody please help me I'm am an idiot when it comes to computers all I want to do is to get the real rosters in my game. I've tried now for a couple hours with no luck. Could somebody just give me step by step directions on how exactly to do this using Rolen's or some other kind of modern rosters. Thank You I would appreciate this greatly!
