Top 100 Prospects Updated

In OOTP 21, the game sends an email out that the prospect list is updated around the All Star break. It shows the top 10 players in an email message and mentions you can check the Top Prospects Report. When I check the report, it has the preseason ratings still? If I manually click on a player, it does show their new rating. Is this working as intended? I would think that the list itself would match what the player profile shows for the new ranking. Am I missing something obvious to sync them?

I am interested if maybe a developer or a beta test person may be able to explain how this works too.
