Stars and Stripes Baseball League Looking for Owners

the Stars and Stripes Baseball League is getting ready to begin, and we need some owners! We have a $95 mil salary cap, and a $30 mil cash cap. We are starting in the year 2003 with fictional rosters.

We are only half filled right now, so plenty of teams are available.
