Why is every computer team's transaction log flooded with minor league players being promoted and demoted multiple times per day?

I have a related issue. Just about every day the same 2 guys in my Cleveland organization get promoted and the next day demoted....over and over and over again. Why?

Where is that famous thread from a few years back? Time to trot it out again for a laugh but for the life of me I can't remember the player's name. Anyone?

Every other day would actually be an improvement. My league is sending the same players up and down multiple times per day.

He's a single day in the transaction log of the Las Vegas Aces. Five different players are in here 6 times each.
