Is there a way to manually adjust the budget..but for the following year?

Question in the title. A little background

Our league recently implemented a "budget floor" (commish raised every teams budget who was below a certain threshold to $121.5mil) because the disparity between the rich teams and the poor teams was very dramatic. I, being the GM of one of the poor teams, reaped the benefit I saw my budget increase to the new amount.

I way very ecstatic about it and went and made a few trades and free agent signings (been saving money for years).

So anyway, I am still under my by budget by several million, but here is where i'm running into trouble...

I cannot re-sign any of my guys to extensions, nor make any trades of even money or higher because it says I will be over my following years budget--Which is still locked in at the $95 million mark

In commish mode I know there is a way to increase budget for current year..is there a way to manually adjust for the following as well?
