A PT card has worked its way into my OOTP save

Opened up a standard 2022 game save, and a PT card from the 1970s has appeared in my DFA list for some reason. It even has a 'PT Ratings' tab in the profile.

Annoyingly I have Challenge Mode on so cannot just remove him. Is there a way either to remove the player from my game or alternatively remove challenge mode from the save? I probably shouldn't have had it on in the first place.
