Sim with custom results?

My friends and I want to play NHL 20 (soon 21) online against the CPU but since there are no proper co-op seasons in that game, I am looking for a way to have a simulation where I enter the results of one team's games manually but simulate the rest.

Example, based on a schedule, say the Canucks play the Knights. We'll play the game in NHL20 online and get a result. I want to then enter that somewhere and have the simulator simulate the rest of the day's games.

Is this something that could be done with FHM6? Or perhaps someone might have some suggestions?

No, it's not possible to edit a game's results in FHM.
