Odd Schedule Request: 44 games, 1 SP league, strange setup

I have an odd league and I am hoping someone can help me by creating a schedule. The league is 2 subleagues, with each subleague having 4 divisions of 6 each. Games are always at least 5 days apart (can be more if needed). There is no all star game.

Where things get weird is in who plays whom, where and how often.

To explain, I'll use and example. We'll call one of the sub leagues "East", and calls its four divisions of 6 teams each Blue1, Blue2, Red1 and Red2.

1) All teams in both Blue1 and Blue2 play each team in Red1 and Red2 once per season. The blue team is always the home team. If I have my math right that is 12 games for all teams.

2) The teams in Blue1 then play each team in Blue2, one game home and one game away.

3) The teams in Red1 then play each team in Red2, one game home and one game away.

4) Number 2 and 3 above is another 12 games per team.

5) The teams in each division (Blue1, Blue2, Red1, Red2) then play the other teams in their division, two games at home and two games away. This would be another 20 games.

The result should then be 44 games per team, with the Blue teams having 28 home games and 16 away games, and the Red having 16 home games, and 28 away games.

With each game 5 days apart, the season is somewhere around 32 weeks.

The other subleague does exactly the same thing- there is no interleague play.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could create this schedule. Thank you!!
