Winter League
So I created a winter rookie league in my online league, so we'd have something going on during the offseason aside from free agency. But then I started wondering whether doing this will destroy the arms of all the pitchers that we send to play an extra 60 game season there?
Is there a kind of yearly innings limit I should be thinking about? |

![]() Seriously, I think beyond regular fatigue from pitching that isn't a concern. I don't see any hangover after WBC/Tournaments, for example. If you have an Australian team in a world tournament during spring training, those guys are coming off a whole season.

Why not just turn off the entire offseason while you're at it.....the players may fall down the stairs playing with their kids at home

As an online GM, I think it's wise to use workload while selecting players to send to winter baseball.
