Messed up trying to move files from OneDrive.
I know you've heard this one before. I didn't even know what OneDrive was, but OOTP was saving there and it was full, causing crashes and other issues.
So I tried moving all the files out of it and onto my computer. I'd made a backup before I'd done it, but now for the life if me I can't figure out how to load my game from that "Find your league" in the popup screen at startup. Maybe I un-ordered the files? I can find OOTP and related sub-files, but nothing for the specific league I was in. Obviously I'm not great with computers. Is there anything I can try to search for or click on which might help bring it back up, or is it a start-over? |

I tried creating another league, calling it "OOTP Test" and then I saved a backup of that. But when I go to the "Restore Backup" section there's nothing it lets me click on to even open that; it just runs me through subfiles until there's nothing else I can click on.
I did a lot of file copy-and-pasting, hoping to put the right files in the right subfolder. The league I wanted will now almost load until I get the "doesn't have world.dat," although that file IS there. |
