All my player histories just disappeared...

Some of these players have histories dating back to 2013; I've been playing the game now for seven years and updating every year after buying the new version of OOTP.


I can still open the histories from the backup and they're there, but then I would have to copy and paste them all manually into the History tab, and that takes quite a while. Some players' histories are still available, but most aren't.


I seem to remember running into this issue with OOTP17 or OOTP18 but I can't remember how I fixed it. Recovering from backup doesn't work and neither does reloading the current save. Their accomplishments, injuries, achievements, etc., still display, but the Complete History box says "No history data found" under every player. Any help?

Do you have the most recent update? There was a bug similar to this a few versions back.

I'd say about two-thirds of all player data (3,300 players) is showing as "no player history." You can open them up manually in Notepad and find everything you need there, but they will not import when the game loads.



I cannot tell you how long it takes to enter each by hand. It's not a simple copy and paste. For some reason, the game just isn't recognizing these histories. Can I force it to?

I noticed missing history after one of the XX patches.I Posted but didn't get any reesponse. Also if I check out salary history it has minor league teams or at least teams I am not familiar with.
