report on median age of season

I want to set aging at .3 to see if can get player to play longer careers.

How can i write a report to show what effect the aging setting has?

In case anyone is wondering....here is 1958, starting in 1954 with .5 aging
Would have expected more over 30 (well that is what i wanted)
Also surprised no leadership as you get older.
What we need is actual vs the adjusted aging sim, or layer years of ages to see overtime that the age brackets to get pushed out
Of note....i did this in ootpb20 since i found what i think are bug with potential ratings in 21.
