Have space, need league...

I'm an experienced OOTP GM looking to start up an OOTP league of my own, but I don't have much experience as a commissioner. I have space on a webserver, and I'm somewhat decent at website design, but I'm looking for someone to help me get things off the ground. I'd like to find someone who can help with the design of the site as well as help with running the league.

What kind of league are you thinking of, real players or fictional, historical or current. I have been thinking about a league that might be good for someone just starting as a commissioner and would be small an manageable.
