fredbeene All Star Starter Join Date: Aug 2016 Posts: 1,690 Infractions: 0/1 (1)	team loyalty, size, budgets etc when you fire up a season, say 1954, are the budgets, market size, loyalty etc random each time? or would they always be the same? i was surprised to some big cities like chicago and detroit with medium mkt size.
