Ah well, it seems we're stuck with the rotating graphics if we want to chase packs and points in tourneys. Sigh....

It should be fixed with the patch that came out recently. If your logo has already been reset, then you will need to re-upload and re-submit it, and it may be useful to go to your manager settings page and use the troubleshooting menu there to reset all the caches just to make sure.
But otherwise, it should not reset your logos going forward. If it is, please let us know, and let us know in as much detail as possible what steps you noticed things go wrong. |

I am constantly losing any customization to my team logos, jerseys, caps, etc.
This is very annoying.

After I enter a tournament my logo and colors for regular PT keep changing even after hitting all of the submit/update buttons and hitting the OK button. This only happened to me after this weeks reset as of June 8th 2020.
My friend made me logos and I can't use them because of this bug. |

I've been having this happen to me lately as well, it keeps dropping the small team logo and I have to reselect. Seems to happen about once per day.

Same issue. Logo and uniforms keep changing to default on one PT account, and changing to logos or uniforms I used weeks ago on another account. Happening after each new simulation. I keep hoping each software update will fix it, but it's still happening. It's been an issue for months now. Using a Macbook Pro with the latest version and build (version 21.5 build 71).
