New to OOTP Looking for leagues to help teach

Hi,
I am looking to join a league to better understand Baseball management. There is alot to this sim and it seems very overwhelming. Wondering if there is a league that will not bash your every move.

Personally I would run a solo offline save to get to understand the management side of the game before joining an online league.

Joining an online league, then making mistakes could dampen your enthusiasm for the game as you could struggle with your team.

The forums are an excellent place to ask questions and there a lot of people who are willing to give you any advice and answer any questions as you go along.

When you feel you have a grasp of the management side, then start looking for an online league and you should feel suitably prepared.
