Loading photos images, most don't get attached

I am using the wonderful files by poster here (the only one i could find)

Although all the photos are in the pack for the players that played in majors, most aren't getting assigned. I have to manually go through and do it....who has time for that??

Any ideas why they aren't matching? (not issue described in readme)

1954 MLB PHOTO PACK - v2.23

To use this photos pack in OOTP Baseball, empty the contents of the "players" folder into saved games---->(name of game)--->news--->html--->images--->person pictures.


When player photos are not showing up in the game, it's because the file name of their photo and their name in the game do not match. This will often be because the
player has a middle initial in the game that doesn't appear in the file name of the picture. I only gave photo file names a middle initial, if any, in seasons where two
active players both had the same name (such as the two Greg Harrises who had overlapping careers in the late '80s/early '90s). I left the other ones So you would have the
choice of either adding the middle initial to the photo file name, or dropping the middle initial from the player's first name in the Editor, whichever works better for
you based on how you're using the historical seasons.

Players in this set who need to be adjusted to make their photos appear are: Bobby Brown, Joe Coleman, Al/Alvin Dark, Harry "Fritz" Dorish, Tom Gorman, Bill Hall,
Bill Henry, Jim Hughes, Ron Jackson, Don Johnson, Ernie Johnson, Jim McDonald, Bill Miller, Guy "Moose" Morton, Jose Santiago, Al Smith, Bob Smith, Dick Smith, Frank Smith,
Steve "Bud" Souchock, Frank Thomas, Bill Wilson and Jim Wilson.

I can't be the only person in the world to experience this issue.
Every time i start a game I load all the pics with the correct names.
Only a portion of them get automatically set.

Occassionlly the picture function autoreload at the editor level works.
Who is manually adding pics for each season.....it would take all day!!!!!

What is even worse it is NOT consistent when starting a NEW game/season.
ie my first 1954 replay picked up pics for joe gargiola, jim davis, hal jeffcoat (cubs)

this latest attempt did NOT import the pics, but did import some that did not get imported the first time

So you can't really use the PHOTOPACKS because
1) the games DOES not automatically load the photos despite having the correct naming convention
2) if you manually try add the photo (ughhhhhhhhhhhhh) it shows 1000 (some taken up the ones that are assigned and get _home _away suffix added.
for instance i cant add Willard Nixon photo because the file chooser only goes up to Willard Marshall and the box has a message which CANNOT be fully displayed.

There is no way i am the only player to experience this
