Prevent AI from making line up changes

I play out every game for my team. On my depth chart, I have all nevers. I recently had a player on the IR and when I start game his spot was empty. This is what I want. Now I have a suspended player and the AI not only replaces him but changes my batting order. Is there a way to set it up so under no circumstances will the AI change my line ups? Thanks.

In game settings. coaching staff settings make sure you have GM-only users are always in control. that should help

Use 7-day lineups with the settings as indicated. You can then make any changes you desire up to 6-days in advance. I've used this for hundreds of OOTP seasons.
