It's finally up at BBSC! I'll put the link in my signature and in the first post in this thread.

Has anyone tried them out? Any comments, suggestions, or requests for future work (note - not requests for specific backgrounds - more general requests like more small town parks or more indoor parks or something)?

That is a massive collection of stadiums...and must have taken quite a bit of time.
I appreciate your time, talent and hard work you give to the OOTPB Community...you are one of our more valuable member...so please take my comments and suggestions with a grain of salt. I am very picky and very hard to please...so keep this in mind. Here are some comments and suggestions you asked for: After looking at them all...I am not a fan of the old time look as far as stadiums...prefer those that are like a photographs rather than art drawings. You and Henry do great work...but I prefer the Teflon modern type...I just have trouble installing his...So most of my stadiums come from Henry's more modern creations...in fact, just about all of my stadiums are his...they install well and are very well done. Just offering an observation...No offense intended...hope you take this as constructive critcism. One suggestion when you create a stadium, use more signs and make them more readable and not vague...many of yours have no signs. Don't fill the stadium to capacity with spectators...to me it looks more realistic to have them scattered a little...especially in the cheap seats (as if there are any such thing anymore). And make the fences more realistic and less extreme and jagged in shape and shape. Just a few thoughts from "A Picky Old Geezer". Last edited by Eugene Church; 10-17-2003 at 09:49 AM. |

The jagged, unrealistic fences come from my desire to have different teams' playing fields be more extremely different from one another. Unlike yourself, I much prefer the older, less standardized look. Teflon's stadiums are really great work. I recommend his to anyone. I just like to use actual photos more, so I made these ones. Thanks for the comments, EC.
