Missing seasons

When I try to create an historical season, I only have seasons up to 2013. There are no later seasons.
How do I get access to seasons from 2014 and later? Problem might be that I am playing on a 13" laptop. What screen size should I be using?

It should scroll down to 2018. If the dropdown is extending past the bottom of the screen, try switching to a smaller window size (from the start screen, in Settings-Interface) and/or switching the display mode to Full Screen from Windowed.
