Cards lost after no sale in auction

Two cards that I put up for auction did not sell but were not returned to my roster. The two cards were Ian Kinsler and Keith Moreland. They show up on the "Your Auction" page as "Ended - Not Sold" with zero bids. They do not show up on my "Manage Cards" page as either active, reserve, or inactive. All the filters on that page are off. They do not show up as a quick sale on my transactions history. I did try logging in and out of the game. As stated, they both seem to be gone. I did have some other failed auctions at more or less the same time, but those other cards were returned to me.
