Real Life Managers/Coaches

This is probably a dumb question, but sometimes the names ring a bell. If I create a Random Debut League, are the coaches and GMs also random but real?

In a historical league they will be real ex-players... but not necessarily people who coached in the real-life Major Leagues. You will start off with the real managers, and over time new managers will show up from the pool of retired players in your league.

I should have added because it is a pretty cool feature...

if someone retires that you absolutely want to be a coach you can make that so in commissioner mode. Go ahead, swap into commissioner mode, find the retired player and right click on his name. One of the options will be to turn into a coach. He will immediately show up in the pool of Bench Coaches in the game.

This is something I will do for long time contributors to my team that I am not quite ready to let go of

So from what I have found a manager historical database does not exist.
BB Ref has managerial records and tendencies, and I guess we could edit them into existing or create new one to match historical manager.
Just something that popped up in league about having real life historical managers and was curious.
