OOTP Flagged as Trojan (playing through Steam)

This may not be a bug in the game, but was not sure where else to seek information for this issue. I am playing OOTP21 through Steam. I had last played the game Thursday night around 11:30pm. Today (Friday) around 3pm, I was able to load the game but the game "crashed" upon loading Ultimate Team. I got a notification that Windows Defender has flagged the OOTP exe file as being a Trojan, and the game is flagged within Steam as having a virus.

I've read that this has happened from time to time and I likely need just make an exception in Defender. However, I am seeking information about whether this issue is with the OOTP update (the exe file), or if the issue is within Steam.

Any insight would be appreciated!
