Perfect Live Scherzer

Noob question. First year in PT. I was fortunate to pull a Perfect Live Scherzer from one of my tourney packs. Doesn't seem like he's good enough in gold or higher . Should I hang on to him (I tend to be a collector) or cash out and sell and take the 20k PP?

Check what he is going for in the Auction House, could be significantly more than 20k if you decide to sell him.
Make sure its the same card.

You could collect a lot of cards for 20K.
