Support website not working?

I was trying to do a ticket for ootp20 with my licenses and when i do the link and all that jazz, it just 404's and then i can't do anything.

I just want to play some ootp but already spent too much on this laptop to get 21, so i just wanna play my 20.

Anyone know of a new link or some way to get to support?

Just send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com and that will automatically create a ticket and the support team will reply to you via email as soon as they are able to do so.
