Cards In More Than One Mission

Apologies if this has already been asked but I did not see any threads on this one, Can a card be used for more than one collection mission or do I need a separate copy of a player’s card for each mission?

One card can be used in multiple missions.

And a locked card can be used in missions that are created or completed after the card was originally locked.
