Online Historical League - Mail Not Appearing

We keep getting this issue. I've uploaded our save file as HistoricalLeagueMailProblem.zip to the ftp server/saved games folder in the guide for putting up bugs. I'd appreciate some feedback on this and a possible solution. Thank you.

We've had a report of this from another online league as well. We know where it's going wrong, but are looking into the root cause at the moment - thanks for the save, that may help in pinpointing it.
