Fake manager names

I would like to know if I can replace fake manager names with real manager names.Would someone please direct me to how I can do this?You would think that when you buy this game you would get real manager names.

I would like this also.
I wish there was just a sticky for the basics of:
Loading all player photos, coaches GM etc

You can just go into the editor tab when you're playing in commissioner mode. That's what I do.

If someone can get me a list of the fake coaches that are in the db, we can get them overwritten with real guys easily enough.
