Still Preparing.... can we say "when"??
Any idea when the "Preparing" games in PT20 are going to be addressed?
Lots of other games in PT20 are simming, what's the deal with these? I've got 8 games in prepare mode with little idea when that might change. |

Yeah these tourney's of mine have been Preparing all day: ID1016, ID1837, ID1015

I don't mean to be a jerk, but the fact that PT21 is up and running and has been since before noon, and not only is PT20 not fixed, but they haven't even acknowledged the problem seems to indicate that they would just as soon we'd move on to the new version. They seem to have.

a quick look shows 31 leagues preparing, 20 actually playing game in Iron, bronze, silver & gold

Matt I asked Alex this as well with no response. Why can't you folks just delete the tournament games that are stuck in "Preparing"?? No one loses anything and since it appears all the other tournaments are moving along those stuck, could join other tournaments. What am I missing here ?

What you're missing is that PT21 had the same situation and they just started them up and they ran. I got a couple packs.
But... and I have no idea WHY this is, but they don't seem to give much of a hoot about PT20. I suppose they've milked this cow and have other concerns. But you'd really think sometime in 24 hours they would deal with it, when they dealt with same thing relatively licketty-split for their fresher title. I mean it really seems to say a lot. I suppose I'd be happier if I enjoyed my PT21 experience as well as my PT20, but alas.... But hey, they know it's an issue.... what can you do if they clearly don't have any urgency about it.
