Rule 5 draft doesn't last more than 2 rounds?

Am I missing something? There's still players I want and I made sure not to click skip pick or anything since it happened last year as well.

Was it because I was alone in wanting to make picks? Last years game let me pick as long as I wanted even when no other teams were remaining.

You need spots in your 40 man roster open to draft someone in the rule 5

That isn't it. On opening day I only had 31/40 spots on my 40-man and I had only added players to it since the draft.

I know this seems obvious, but how many rounds is your draft set for? It's possible the setting is at 2 instead of 10 which is usually the default.

Edit: Never mind, looking through the settings now, I don't think it can be changed from 10 rounds to anything else. Sorry. Not sure why this would be happening.

I may be wrong but I thought if a round went by with no teams drafting a player, the draft ended.

Once a team skips a pick, they are out of the draft. Doesn’t sound like that’s the issue here.

There might be some issues with how we set up the rule 5 draft. I think we should have a proper fix in for the next patch.

I've never had a patch installed. Are there instructions ?
My 1st. version of 21 was purchased through STEAM. Midway through my 3rd. season the game said :
database::save_database files
OOTP tries to roll back the transaction.
The status bar stopped a 9% Checking teams.

Therefore I checked my disk space....840 GB free

I had to use CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get out of game. Save Game button didn't work.

Sooooo. I bought the game AGAIN. I hope this doesn't happen again.
