Is all the text stored in English.xml

I updated the English.xml file to remove all the hardcoded gender pronouns. At least I think I did. Certainly, some of the text has changed. However, I'm still seeing some pronouns that don't reflect the gender of the character. I figured my search and replace routines were faulty, but when I searched for the particular sentence that needed to be fixed, I couldn't find it in English.xml.

The particular example is "His personality should help him make friends in the dugout, but it may not end up as the best development environment for players."

Is there another file that needs to be edited?
